Nanoplasty
Smooth hair without the harsh chemistry. Nanoplasty floods the hair with amino acids and keratin to kill frizz, soften texture and halve your styling time, while keeping your movement and your natural shape. You don’t lose the body. You just stop losing the fight with Queensland humidity.
Keratin & Tape Extensions
Length and volume nobody needs to know about. We use Seamless1 hair extensions, a premium hair extension brand, that enables length & volume while blending so seamlessly feeling like it’s your own hair when you walk out.
Foils
Full head or half head, foils are how we build dimension that grows out gracefully instead of leaving you with a line. A full head lifts right through for maximum brightness and an even, all-over result. A half head concentrates on the top and sides, the bits that actually show, for a softer refresh that’s kinder to your calendar and your wallet. Toner and finish included, always.
Hair Cuts
A cut that suits your hair, your face and how much effort you’ll realistically put in on a Tuesday morning. We start with a proper consult — what you love, what you hate, what your hair actually does when nobody’s holding it — then cut to shape rather than to whatever’s trending. Wash, cut and style, every time.
Hair Treatments
The good stuff. Deep conditioning, bond repair and targeted treatments for hair that’s colour-damaged, dehydrated or generally over it. We match the treatment to what your hair is actually asking for — not to whatever’s sitting closest on the shelf. Ten extra minutes in the chair now, months of better hair later.
Shampoo & Style Finish
For birthdays, dates, big meetings, or a Thursday where you just want to feel expensive. A luxury wash and scalp massage with premium product, then a blow dry and style that actually holds until the end of the night. No cut, no colour, all payoff.

Happiest with a coffee in hand, or checking the weather, and a good laugh with whoever’s in her chair. Creative, a little cheeky, and always up for a chat, she believes the best hair days start with genuinely good vibes.

Brooke
Brooke’s a quiet soul at first, but give her one appointment and she’ll be chatting away, asking a billion questions about your life. Equally happy with a silent appointment if that’s more your style (plenty of her clients pop in to get work done, and she’s all for it). Disney fan, Lego lover, never without a can of Coke. You’ll often find her whizzing around the salon with her shadow, Whiskey, in tow.

Scarlett
Scarlett’s outgoing, a little unfiltered, and always up for a good laugh. She got into hairdressing through her love of art and creativity, and it shows — she’s drawn to vivid colours, subtle blondes, and styling with texture and movement. She’s also the salon’s resident 2K queen, keeping Brooke and Sigrid young at heart. More than the finished look though, she loves the chats and connection that come with every appointment — because for Scarlett, a great appointment is as much about the laughs as it is the hair.

Be a Hair Model
From time to time we look for models to work on while our apprentices train, supervised by a senior stylist the whole way through. You get your hair done. We get the practice.
Supervised, Always
An apprentice does the work with a qualified senior stylist over their shoulder.

Training appointments can take up to twice as long as the same service with a qualified stylist.

Deposits & Cancellations
As of late we have had no-shows and same day cancellations which impact our small business significantly. When this happens we have no time to fill these spaces whilst still needing to afford to keep the doors open.
Over the Phone Bookings
We will require a 50% deposit of the total booking within 24 hours of the appointment being made.
Facebook / Instagram Bookings
We will require a 50% deposit of the total booking within 24 hours of the appointment being made.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book a hair appointment?
Yes, 50% of your total booking, paid within 24 hours of making the appointment. It comes straight off your service on the day, and if you need to reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit moves with you. Full details are in our booking policy. Members on any Hair & BS membership skip deposits entirely.
Can you fix a bad hair colour from another salon?
Usually, yes, and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s going to take more than one visit. Every colour correction at our Flagstone salon starts with a free consultation so we can assess your hair in person, check its condition and give you a realistic plan and price before you commit to anything.
What if I don't know what I want done with my hair?
That’s completely normal, and it’s not a problem. Bring photos of what you love, photos of what you hate, or nothing at all. Our stylists will work out what suits your hair type, your face shape and, just as importantly, how much effort you actually want to put in each morning.
