Scarlett’s been on her hairdressing journey since 2024, drawn in by her love of art, creativity, and the science behind hair. She’s drawn to vivid colours and subtle blondes, and loves styling with texture and movement — think long hair and big, bouncy styles. As an apprentice, she’s still building her skills across the board, but her creativity is already shining through.

Since starting out, Scarlett’s grown enormously — something she puts down to working alongside Brooke and Sigrid, and she’s constantly pushing herself creatively. In return, she’s taken it upon herself to keep them young at heart — Scarlett’s the salon’s resident 2K queen.

For Scarlett, hairdressing is about more than the finished result — it’s the relationships built along the way. She loves getting to know whoever’s in her chair, having a laugh, and creating a space where clients can properly switch off and enjoy some time to themselves.

Outgoing, unfiltered, and a little bit random, Scarlett’s goal is simple: for every client to walk out feeling like a million bucks — confident, beautiful, and ready to take on the world. Because at Hair & BS, it’s not just about the hair, it’s about the laughs, the chats, and the time spent together too.
